Your cartoon will usually arrive within 3 weeks from the date of the order. Sometimes it’s less or more depending on the time of year. If you are thinking about Christmas, try getting a hold of me sooner than later. Christmas is crazy and it’s just a one man show. Again, if you have any questions, email me or give me a call. For rush orders or getting close to Christmas crunch time, it is usually best to call.
I send all of the cartoons matted, backed and framed (optional) in a padded mailer. I send them out USPS and your regular mail carrier will deliver them to you. I will email you the day that I ship so you can track them. The boxes are fairly substantial, roughly 16x14x3 inches, and will be delivered as any larger item would that doesn’t fit into your mailbox. If you have any questions regarding packages arriving damaged or late, please contact me immediately and I will send you another cartoon. Please check the tracking number as well before calling, if you can, for the status as well.
Returns & Cancellations
If you can, I want you to keep in mind that these are not portraits, but truly personalized cartoons. I am working off a cartoon that has already been drawn by me with ink on paper. I can always add something, however, I cannot erase anything to put something else in its place because I am working in ink. So I can’t change the size of the person’s nose or juxtaposition of the eyes or any line work which exists on the original black and white design. Again, understand that these are cartoons and your guy or gal is always going to look a lot better in real life than they will look in the cartoon.
My first priority is to make to you happy. With that, there are two options for returns:
1) If I have made an error or there is a total screw-up, let me know what I can do to make the cartoon better and I will send you a new cartoon for free.
If you are not happy with the finished result, return the cartoon and I will refund you the cost of the cartoon as well as cover your return shipping costs.
For cancellations, try to get a hold of me as soon as you can if you have made a mistake on your order or you need to cancel. I put a lot of work into each of these babies and I don’t want to waste any of my time or your money.
